ABOUT OUR SURVEY
Your feedback matters. Our survey helps us understand your experience and continually improve care.
At Med Center Health Emergency + UrgentCare, we believe in setting high expectations and delivering excellent care every day. Listening to our patients is an important part of how we continue to improve the care and experience we provide.
After a visit, patients who provide a valid email address or phone number typically receive a short survey within 24–48 hours. The star ratings displayed on our website reflect the average response to the question: “How likely are you to recommend this provider to a friend or family member?” based on recent patient visits. We also share real patient comments while protecting patient privacy.
By reviewing patient feedback regularly, our team identifies opportunities to improve and strengthen the care we provide. This commitment helps ensure patients receive high-quality care and a positive experience every time they visit.
WHO RECEIVES THE SURVEY?
Surveys are sent by an independent patient experience company via text or email to patients within 24–48 hours after their visit to a Med Center Health Emergency + UrgentCare location.
Patients are invited to rate their experience, answer a few brief questions, and optionally share comments about their care. Our team reviews this feedback regularly to help improve services and enhance the patient experience.
DO YOU POST ALL COMMENTS?
We share relevant feedback—both positive and constructive—while protecting patient confidentiality.
Comments that contain profanity, potentially libelous language, or information that could compromise patient privacy are not published. However, all survey ratings are included in the overall star rating, even if the written comment is not displayed.
The ratings and comments you see reflect a rolling 24-month period, providing a view of recent patient experiences.
CAN ANYONE COMPLETE A SURVEY OR POST A COMMENT?
No. Surveys are only sent to patients who have received care at a Med Center Health Emergency + UrgentCare location. This ensures feedback comes directly from verified patient visits.
HOW IS PATIENT INFORMATION PROTECTED?
Patient privacy is a priority. Names and personally identifiable information are not displayed in online ratings or comments.
If a comment includes information that could identify a patient, that information is removed before publishing or the comment may not be displayed at all to protect privacy. Even when a comment is not published, the patient’s rating is still included in the overall star rating.
